鬼門十三針
一、概念
鬼門十三針,是中醫針灸中用於調神開竅的一組經典針法。
相傳源於唐代名醫:孫思邈
主要用於:癲狂、驚悸、癔症、意識障礙。
核心在於:開竅醒神,清心化痰,安神定志。
扁鵲曰:百邪所病者,針有十三穴也。凡針之體,先從鬼宮起,次針鬼信,便至鬼壘,又至鬼心,未必須並針,止五六穴即可知矣。千金要方
百邪顛狂所為病,針有十三穴須認,凡針之體先鬼宮,次針鬼信無不應。
一一從頭逐一求,男從左起女從右,
一針人中鬼宮停,左邊下針右出針,
第二手大指甲下,名鬼信刺三分深,
三針足大指甲下,名曰鬼壘入二分,
四針掌後大陵穴,入針五分為鬼心,
五針申脈為鬼路,火針三下七鋥鋥,
第六卻尋大椎上,入發一寸名鬼枕,
七刺耳垂下五分,名曰鬼床針要溫,
八針承漿名鬼市,從左出右君須記,
九針勞宮為鬼窟,十針上星名鬼堂,
十一陰下縫三壯,女玉門頭為鬼藏,
十二曲池名鬼臣,火針仍要七鋥鋥,
十三舌頭當舌中,此穴須名是鬼封,
手足兩邊相對刺,若逢狐穴只單通,
此是先師真妙訣,狂猖惡鬼走無蹤。

二、鬼的含義
鬼並非真實存在,而是古人對以下狀態的形象表達:
神志混亂、情緒失控、痰火擾心、心神失守。
本質是:人不在自己裡面了。針灸的作用,是把神識請回來。

而是在:當一個人被情緒、痰火、恐懼淹沒時,輕輕地,把他從迷霧裡喚回來。像在山中起霧時,有人在遠處喊迷失人的名字。
Guimen Thirteen Needles
1.Overview
The Guimen Thirteen Needles is a classical acupuncture method
used to restore consciousness and regulate the mind.
Traditionally attributed to
Sun Simiao
It is mainly used for:
• Mania and psychosis
• Palpitations and fright
• Hysteria
• Disorders of consciousness
Core functions:
Open the orifices, calm the mind, clear heat, and resolve
phlegm.
Bian Que said:For all disorders caused by various pernicious
influences, there are thirteen acupuncture points.
In applying the needles, one should begin with Guigong, then
proceed to Guixin, followed by Guilei, and then Guixin (Heart).
It is not necessary to needle all of them; selecting five or
six points is often sufficient to observe the effect.

Thirteen Ghost Gate Acupuncture Points:Song of Master Sun
All disorders of wild and erratic disturbances, there are
thirteen points of the needle to be known.
In applying the needles, begin with Guigong (Ghost Palace),
then Guixin (Ghost Seal), all respond without fail.
One by one, search from head to foot;
For men, start on the left; for women, start on the right.
1.Needle Renzhong (DU26 / Guigong), stop at the Ghost Palace;
insert from left, exit at right.
2.Needle under the thumbnail of the second hand, called
Guixin; insert three fen (≈1 mm) deep.
3.Needle under the big toe, called Guilei; insert two fen
deep.
4.Needle Daling (PC7 / Ghost Heart) on the palm; insert five
fen deep.
5.Needle Shenmai (BL62 / Gulu / Ghost Path); apply fire needle
three times, seven jingjing (quick sparks).
6.Needle Fengfu (DU16 / Guizhen / Ghost Pillow), one cun into
the hairline.
7.Needle five fen below the earlobe, called Guichuang (Ghost
Bed); needle must be warm.
8.Needle Chengjiang (CV24 / Guishi / Ghost Market); remember
to insert left to right.
9.Needle Laogong (PC8 / Guiku / Ghost Cave).
10Needle Shangxing (DU23 / Guidang / Ghost Hall).
11.Needle three zhuang under the perineum (Huiyin CV1 for men
/ Yumen CV2 for women), called Guicang / Ghost Storehouse.
12.Needle Quchi (LI11 / Guchen / Ghost Minister); fire needle
seven jingjing.
13.Needle the midline under the tongue, called Guifeng / Ghost
Seal.
Needle both sides of hands and feet symmetrically.
If encountering a “fox point,” needle only one side.
This is the true and wondrous formula of our venerable master;
All frenzied and malicious spirits vanish without trace.

2.Meaning of Ghost
Ghost does not refer to a literal being.
It symbolizes:
